" Central Way is fantastically located for everything a family looking to be in Oxted could need. There is a range of both state and independent schools catering for all ages, the main line station is walkable as is the range of shops and restaurants in central Oxted, while the house is located in a quiet residential area with some local convenience stores nearby. The house has been modernised by the current owners, and they have added some real value in the energy efficiency of this home. The Solar Panels are owned by the house and therefore actually produce a profit on the current electrical bill each quarter, and the central heating and water system have been moved up into the loft and is geared up for more bathrooms should you need them in the future. Other houses in the road have extended over the garage or out to the rear of the house and added a 4th Bedroom, en-suite bathroom or large family living spaces so the precedence is set, but you would need the necessary consents to do this work.The rear garden is a fantastic size for the family and the clever use of hedgerows keeps the garden, which has a sunny aspect, very private.
