" DESCRIPTION The front gravelled driveway has parking for several cars and leads to the UPVC front door. The internal hallway has wood floor which continues through to the living room. Double doors at one end lead to the rear terrace. This room also benefits from a wood burning stove. On the other side of the entrance hall is a large open plan kitchen diner with modern base units and cupboards. Appliances include a five point Neff gas hob with oven under and extractor above. The flooring consists of large Mediterranean style tiles and the windows are dual aspect double glazed.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, two doubles and a single. They all have painted floor boards and double glazed windows. The main room has been fitted with wardrobes and draws and the smaller ones with a desk and shelving. The bathroom has been recently fitted with a bath with overhead shower and separate hand held. There is a large pedestal wash hand basin and w.c.. The room is finished with attractive slate style tiling.

Outside the garden is mainly laid to a large lawn with well stocked borders. There is a double tiered terrace and BBQ area by the house.  "
