" A superb example of an Edwardian semi-detached house, stylishly and thoughtfully refurbished and decorated in recent years. Conveniently located within a short walk of Oxted town centre and the train station. The new loft conversion is beautifully appointed offering a large bedroom with an en suite. The doors throughout the property are stripped pine and some rooms have original exposed floorboards. The property benefits from an alarm system, a new combination boiler, new double glazed windows (sympathetic to the era in which the house was built) and cast iron fireplaces have been fitted to compliment the design of the building.
The pretty front garden is laid to lawn with a pathway to the front entrance and a white magnolia tree set in the middle. The welcoming front entrance hall has wooden floors and leads to the two reception rooms. The living room has a bay window with sash fittings overlooking the front garden, high ceilings and an attractive cast iron working fireplace with period tiled surround and slate hearth. The room has double doors to a Juliet balcony and two Velux windows ensuring plenty of light. The en suite is fitted with a contemporary glass shower cubicle, w.c., hand wash basin and a heated towel rail.
The outside space consists of a good sized patio area with a large and very convenient storage area beneath the house. The generously sized and very long garden is mainly laid to lawn with a variety of shrubs and trees and includes a shed.
