" LOCATION Set in a sought after road joining Limpsfield and Oxted High Streets, this picturesque location is within a short walk of Limpsfield with its tennis club, post office and convenience stores. A more comprehensive range of shops and facilities can be found in Oxted, approximately 3/4 of a mile away. Oxted High Street has a fast and frequent train service to central London (approximately 40 mins), a choice of supermarkets including Waitrose and Morrisons, a cinema, leisure centre (with swimming pool) and a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. Junction 6 of the M25 is 4 miles away offering easy access to Gatwick and Heathrow Airports.
