" PROPERTY DESCRIPTION Situated on a sought after road in central Oxted, this five bedroom attached home offers flexible family accommodation. The entrance porch provides a good area for shoes and coats and leads into a large inner hall with engineered oak flooring and two storage cupboards. The double aspect living room has large patio doors to the garden and terraced area with windows to the front. The living room also features a fireplace with wood surround and ornate ceiling roses. The large dining room offers ample space for entertaining and leads through to the south facing conservatory which overlooks the patio and swimming pool. The sizeable kitchen/breakfast room offers more entertaining space with a well fitted kitchen including a range of wall, base and floor to ceiling units along with a useful central island housing the sink and drainer. The dining area to the side of the kitchen has several windows to the front. The cloakroom with low level w.c. and pedestal wash hand basin completes the ground floor accommodation.
