" LOCATION Everyday facilities can be found in Dormansland village. Dormansland station is a short walk, with commuter services to Croydon and London (Victoria and London Bridge) and Dormansland school is close by. Lingfield village is two miles distant with a range of shops, stores and other amenities, whilst East Grinstead is just over three miles. Access to the M25 motorway is about 9 miles north, whilst for international travel, Gatwick Airport is a similar distance to the west.  

ACCOMMODATION The property is entered under a covered porch leading to a hallway with cloakroom and door to the kitchen .The modern kitchen has a range of wall and base units with contrasting worktops, inset sink unit, 4 ring gas hob with extractor over, space for fridge freezer and under stairs storage cupboard.

The bay windowed sitting room has a feature fireplace with marble insert and wood surround,
