" You enter the bungalow in to an enclosed porch opening on to the hallway with a door through to the sitting room featuring a brick fireplace and front bay. The kitchen has a double aspect and comprehensive wall and base units with contrasting work tops. There are fitted appliances which are staying, including a washing machine, fridge/freezer and double oven with hob. The main bedroom has a rear aspect with a door through to the conservatory. The second bedroom again has a rear aspect on to the garden. The family bathroom has an enclosed bath, WC and wash hand basin. 

Outside: The rear garden is mainly laid to lawn with flower bed borders and a section of patio with a covered store area. There is access to an outside utility room with a sink, storage cupboards, cloakroom with WC and a wall mounted boiler fitted in 2016. A door leads through to an oversized garage with work benches. The front garden has driveway parking for 3 cars. The garden is a real delight with an array of colourful plants and shrubs with a section of lawn and picket fence to the front. 

Location: Everyday facilities can be found in Dormansland village with convenience shop, post office and three popular pubs with commuter services to Croydon and London (Victoria and London Bridge). Dormansland Primary School is a short walk away with a good OFFSTED report. Lingfield village is two miles with a range of shops, stores and other amenities whilst East Grinstead is just over three miles. Access to the M25 motorway is available about 9 miles north, whilst for international travel, Gatwick Airport is a similar distance to the west   "
