" LOCATION This immaculately presented property is situated in a private road. Blindley Heath lies to the north of East Grinstead, with shopping, commercial and entertainment facilities. The village of Lingfield is about two miles to the east, centred around its picturesque pond, with shops for everyday requirements and mainline station. Lingfield is famous for its all weather racecourse and there is excellent walking and riding in the locality. The national motorway network can be accessed at J6 of the M25 and for international travel Gatwick airport approximately 11 miles.
 

DESCRIPTION You enter this spacious family property through an inviting entrance hall with double doors opening on to the sitting room. This room enjoys an open brick fireplace and doors to the rear terrace.
