" Any young families, first time buyers, downsizers, in fact just about anyone should consider this property.
The cul de sac location will particularly suit young families as, with very little passing traffic, the children will feel quite safe.As you drive up to the house, 2 cars will be taken care of on the drive and then when you've deposited your hat and coat in the porch, the good size lounge will be a very welcoming sight as with laminate floor, it will be easy to look after and give you plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The useful study area under the stairs will give you somewhere to catch up on your e-mails and if entertaining is your thing, the kitchen/diner has two sets of doors opening onto the rear garden and would make the perfect place for an evening barbecue.Being large and south facing, the garden is perfect for children and with plenty of sun streaming into the kitchen/diner, meal times will be a pleasure. The 2 double and 1 single bedroom will be enough room for most families to grow into and the white bathroom suite will mean no updating is required.
Altogether a delightful home.

What the Owner says:

We moved here mainly for the location as there's a great primary school and the M25 is easy to reach. It's a lovely village and there are plenty of walks for those who have dogs or children. The house has a lot of space and is lovely and light. We fitted the bathroom suite and re-landscaped the rear garden and have added the driveway. The patio doors from the dining room into the garden make it easy to entertain and facing south keeps the kitchen warm while the lounge stays cool in the summer.
