" A bespoke three bedroom detached family home built in 1970 located on a large south facing plot with the potential to extend (STPP). The property is situated down a quiet country road in a semi rural location, however still within a short driving distance to the nearest town of Horley.

Upon entering the light and airy house there is a large entrance hall with original parquet flooring and feature glass window overlooking the front with an open stair case leading to the first floor landing. The entrance hall offers enough space for a study area underneath the stairs. The large dual aspect living room overlooks the front and has sliding patio doors leading to the rear garden. Within the room there is a gas fireplace with stone hearth and folding shutter doors leading to the dining room. The dining room overlooks the rear garden and can also be accessed from the entrance hall and kitchen. The kitchen overlooks the rear garden and offers external access to the side of the house. The room is fitted with a range of wall and base units, roll top work surfaces and a double stainless steel sink/drainer unit. Within the room there is space and plumbing for a washing machine and freestanding cooker. Downstairs there is also a cloakroom leading off from the hallway.

On the first floor landing there are three good sized double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The dual aspect master bedroom is fitted with triple wardrobes and chest of drawers. The bathroom suite comprises of panelled bath with shower over, glass shower screen, W.C, wash hand basin, shaver point, tiled flooring and partly tiled walls.

Outside the property is entered through double wrought iron gates leading to a large private driveway with parking for several vehicles. The larger than average garage is fitted with an up and over door, light and two windows overlooking the side of the house, the garage also offers fantastic potential to extend into if desired. The large south facing garden is mainly laid to lawn and offers gated access to an additional plot of land owned by the property.
