Like most of the residents in this little cul-de-sac, we have lived here for 25 years, and have enjoyed the convenience of local transport (Horley Station and Gatwick) being so close by. However, we hardly see or hear the planes, as we are a good 1.5 miles off the flight path, you don’t even notice them. In 1998 we added a massive L shaped extension which provides an enormous office or 4th Bedroom/Annex and Utility room/downstairs loo, as well as a separate dining room and Kitchen extension/breakfast area. With local shops/post office just a 5 minutes walk, parking for 4 cars off road…plenty of internal space, a very safe village location, what more could you need!
