" A location that suits so many commuters with a walk of 0.4 miles to Horley town centre.A home that not only offers a great location for shops, restaurants and station, but has a lot of space on offer. On the ground floor you have the added bonus of a kitchen breakfast room, which has a door opening into the maintainable garden. This property has left the garage as it is, which is used for storage, although some of the residents on the development have converted the internal garage to a playroom/dining room. The first floor has the airy and spacious lounge, which has two windows to the front aspect. The L-shaped design allows room for a lounge and dining area, if needs be. The master suite is also on the first floor with built in wardrobes and the added convenience of an en suite shower room. Stairs to the top floor lead you to the second and third bedroom and family bathroom. As the accommodation is arranged over three floors, all rooms are of generous size, especially the bedroom sizes which would lend itself to be let as a house or individually.Horley train station will connect you to London in around 30 minutes, whilst Gatwick Airport is the next stop south.Whether this is an investment or for you, this is a fantastic purchase so be quick.

One of the main reasons we fell in love with the house is the location, I work at Gatwick so it is ideal.Whilst out looking, we had many different options, the size of the house was second most important for us, and when you go inside you will see what I mean. When we looked around we soon realised that because Pine Gardens is arranged over 3 floors it offered us flexible living, which is great.Since we moved out, it has worked well as an investment; it has been continuously let for a good return.
