" We are extremely pleased to bring to the market this three bedroom semi detached house in the centre of Horley. Located in one of the most sought after roads in the town and rarely available, the property has been completely re- furbished by the current owner and is now presented in great condition with the benefit of no work being necessary at all to the new owners. On entry you will find a living room to the front of the house with the feature bay window and the dining room to the rear with double doors to the rear garden and patio area, leads to the galley style Kitchen with a range of built in eye and base level cupboards and appliances. The downstairs bathroom has been completely re- furbished and is tiled floor to ceiling. The first floor has all three bedrooms all of which are doubles and all been recently re-decorated. The property has double glazing and gas central heating, and has been well maintained. The rear garden is a great size over 100FT and has a good size patio which also can be accessed via the side entrance from the front of the house.
