There is a small inner lobby with a double coats cupboard and a half tiled cloakroom. There are two intercommunicating reception rooms the main at the front is double aspect with an open view to the front. Double doors open to the dining room which overlooks the rear gardens and has wide patio doors to the rear terrace. Across the rear the kitchen breakfast room has a comprehensive range of both base and wall cabinets and plenty of space for a table and chairs, a doorway opens into the utility room and in turn this has a door to a covered side porch and the driveway.On the first floor there are four bedrooms, and two bathrooms, the main at the rear having an en suite bathroom with a shower cubicle. The family bathroom has a white suite with a thermostatically controlled shower spray over the bath and a glass shower screen. There is a large insulated loft for storage with a hatch from the landing with a pull down ladder.The gardens are very well tended, at the front mainly laid to a lawn with flower beds and borders. There is a parking driveway behind a five bar gate, leading to the double garage which has an electric up and over door. Immediately to the rear of the house is a wide terrace leading onto a lawn, the boundaries comprise a tall brick wall to the side and a beech hedge to the rear. Care of the developments communal areas is organised by the Residents Association and each property currently pays ยฃ240 pa for this. "
