" A beautifully presented detached cottage with an abundance of character. An enclosed gabled entrance porch leads into the double aspect dining room, which has an oak floor, exposed ceiling beams and a contemporary style open fireplace. The sitting room is also double aspect with bay window, oak floor, exposed ceiling beams and a working inglenook fireplace with oak mantle. The kitchen breakfast room is beautifully fitted with lime stone flooring, storage units with granite work surfaces and an island unit with inset halogen hob. There is a gas fired Rayburn with twin plates and double oven. Double doors open into an orangery with limestone floor and under floor heating. There is a separate utility room and a cloakroom. The master bedroom has a double aspect with lovely views and a beautifully fitted ensuite shower room. There are two further bedrooms and a recently refitted family bathroom with lime stone flooring and a separate shower cubical. On the first floor landing there is a generous open plan landing used as a study area, with exposed beams dividing it from inner landing. This had previously been fully enclosed and used as the fourth bedroom.

Situation
The Cottage is located at the head of a small lane just south of Ockley village green. The village has a local shop, post office/village store, restaurant and four pubs. There is an infant school and local railway station, providing a limited commuter service. A number of events are often held on the village green including the Summer Party and the Bonfire Celebrations. Ockley is surrounded by miles of open countryside providing superb walking and riding close at hand.
