" THE PROPERTY: Ockley is approximately 8 miles away from Dorking town centre. (The parish of Ockley in Surrey, a map with historical notes by James Berry-Clarke) states that, Lavender Cottage relates to Brewery Arms cottage which is at the other end of the terrace, which was originally an ale house known locally as The Brewery. The cottages date back to the early 1700. The cottage has been restored to include wood block flooring, original features such as an inglenook fireplace in the sitting room, oak beams and latch doors etc. The property also benefits from modern day amenities including a fitted kitchen, fitted bathroom, parking and garage. Internal inspection is highly recommended to appreciate this rare visitor to the open market.Dorking is a market town located southwest of London with excellent transport and travel links.
