" The spacious accommodation comprises an entrance hall with a useful under stairs cupboard with turning stairs to the first floor and doors into a ground floor cloakroom, kitchen/breakfast room and the sitting room. The kitchen has been designed to have a separate breakfast area and has a breakfast bar for informal dining. There is space for a washing machine, dishwasher and cooker. The dining room is accessed from the kitchen which over looks the rear garden and is open plan into a triple aspect sitting room with access to the rear garden.

To first floor is a spacious landing leading to four bedrooms (three of which have built-in wardrobes) and a family bathroom. Bedroom one is triple aspect and has built-in wardrobes and double doors leading to a re-fitted en-suite shower room. Should additional space be required the loft has potential to convert, subject to the usual planning consents and has a window providing natural light.

Outside the front of the property is an area of cottage garden.
