" This is a truly beautiful cottage, built in 1937, and situated in a perfect semi-rural location, with a stream running alongside and open aspect to the rear. A side door opens into a light entrance lobby with vaulted ceiling and velux window. From here you access a double aspect utility room, which is currently being used as a study, and separate cloakroom with lavatory and basin. Aged brick steps take you from the lobby into the entrance hall which is enhanced with stripped floor boards and fitted bookshelves. From here you access a cosy sitting room, the focal point of which is a tiled fireplace, with mahogany mantlepiece, housing a dual fuel stove. This charming room is furnished with fitted shelving and units to each side of the fireplace and is also enhanced with stripped floor boards.

From the hall a brace and latch door opens into the kitchen which comprises a range of limed oak base units, with stainless steel sink, useful pantry and stable door opening onto the side terrace.
