" 15 Mulberry Place is a superb family home, contructed by Charles Church approximately eleven years ago to a high standard. Perhaps the most striking feature of the house internally is the double height entrance hall and dining room. All of the other ground floor rooms are well sized with the study at the front, sitting room to the rear, overlooking the adjoining nature reserve, and the sizeable kitchen breakfast/family room, again with the outlook to the rear as well as to the front. As the floorplan explains there are also two downstairs wc's and utility room. On the first floor can be found the five bedrooms, the master and the second both with ensuite.

Situation
Mulberry Place is an exclusive development in the heart of the Green Belt, backing onto a nature reserve and lakes. It is ideally positioned for access to the centre of Newdigate village, which offers a local shop, public houses, a church and infant school. Dorking, with its excellent shopping and recreational facilities, lies about seven miles to the north. There are main line stations at Dorking, Redhill and Gatwick. The motorway network, via the M25 is accessible at Leatherhead (Junction 9) and Reigate (Junction 8). The general area around Newdigate is ideal for those with walking and riding interests. Newdigate is about 11 miles from Gatwick Airport, which provides a fast and regular service of trains to London Victoria and the City.
