" A particularly attractive and well-presented double fronted house, offering spacious and adaptable accommodation ideal for families. This superb home is the largest house on this exclusive modern development in Newdigate, dating from 2003, and is set overlooking a large green.The house has recently undergone considerable updating and improvement. The kitchenbreakfast room has been renewed and is fitted with Miele appliances including an induction hob, 3 combination ovens, and dishwasher, as well as a Quooker tap, a water softener, and superb granite work surfaces. There is also a wine-cooler and the room has underfloor heating.
