" The Property is a very well presented and appointed semi detached house, which has been thoughtfully extended by the current owners in recent years.The main living room is at the front of the house and has stripped pine floor boards and a functioning cast iron fireplace with a slate hearth. The kitchen is fitted with a range of base and wall cabinets and opens at the rear to a conservatory style breakfast/dining area with French doors to the rear terrace, this area also links to the utility room with storage. The property has an outstanding master bedroom within the former loft area with natural bamboo flooring, velux type windows to the front and a near complete wall of full height windows at the rear. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms and a family bathroom with a white suite and both a bath and shower cubicle. There is an additional shower room on the ground floor which has a WC.The gardens comprise a terrace area immediately to the rear of the house, where there is a gate to the side access and the road. A step leads up onto the artificial grass lawn and this in turn leads to the rear hard standing which has a large timber shed and a pedestrian gate to the road. This area is sufficiently large for a garage subject to appropriate approval.
