Having been extended, the ground floor accommodation is particularly generous for a cottage with a 21' living room and dining room. There are beams throughout the ground floor, mostly original and some lovely wooden latched doors. The living room has a log burner set into a fireplace a and dual aspect bow windows. The dining room has double doors to the side garden. The white suite bathroom is downstairs. There are two bedrooms plus scope to extend, subject to the usual consents. Outside, there is private driveway parking for two cars with additional space on the land to the front.

LocationThe property is located approximately two and a half miles south of Dorking within the Village of Holmwood. The property is situated off the A24 behind National Trust owned land. There are some delightful walks across The Redlands and Holmwood Common available within the close vicinity. A regular bus service travels between Horsham and Dorking and is avaliable at the end of the road. Dorking Town Centre offers a comprehensive range of shopping, sports and entertainment facilities together with schools for all age groups and railway station with services of trains to London(Victoria/Waterloo), Guildford, Reigate/Redhill and Horsham. The M25 can be accessed from Junction 9 at Leatherhead which is approximately nine miles to the north and Gatwick Airport is within approximately 15 miles.
