The house boasts pleasant, green views, double glazed windows and is light and airy throughout. Downstairs, there is a good entrance hall, spacious living room and separate dining room. There is also a modern kitchen and separate utility/laundry room. The bathroom is fresh and modern and benefits from a separate shower cubicle.Upstairs, there is an open landing with a roomy master bedroom, enjoying bright views over the green. Bedroom 2 is a good sized double benefiting from double aspect windows. Bedroom 3 is an excellent single bedroom and is currently used as a study.Outside, there is a sunny and secluded garden with patio and lawn. The garden is well maintained with a range of trees and shrubs

Our house is lovely and spacious and we have very much enjoyed living here over the past seven years. Chart Downs is a very pleasant area with a friendly community atmosphere. It has also been nice having the best of both worlds being within walking distance of Dorking town centre and the woods in North Holmwood.
