Inside the house is well presented with a smart drawing room to the front of the house and a kitchen/ dining area with bright views over the garden and Meadowbank Pond. The garden is green and bright with rear access onto Meadowbank itself, providing a really quick route into Dorking Town Centre.
The current owners have maintained the house well and have also had plans drawn up for a rear extension and a loft conversion. These can be viewed by prospective buyers.

What the Owner says:

We loved this house in particular due to the stunning views and quiet location in the Drive. When we bought the house it needed various updates which we have handled and repaired to a high standard.
We were torn between moving and doing an extension and loft conversion. This would create a 4 bed, 2 bath house with a large and bright family room/ kitchen. We love sitting in our peaceful garden in the Summer and are always an easy walk to the town or the station!
