What the Owner says:

We have loved living in this house for 4 years and regrettably have to relocate for work reasons. We bought it because it is incredibly convenient for commuting to both Guildford and London and we have enjoyed being so close to the High Street and having easy access to the Meadowbank Recreation Park. We were particularly attracted to the quality of the interior and ground floor layout has proven to be very family-friendly and great for social occasions. Living in such a well appointed house, with off road parking in a friendly road, has been very stress free!
