" This property is a charming Victorian cottage situated in the heart of Dorking town within easy reach of the shops and stations. The accommodation comprises a pretty sitting room with open fireplace and brass surround beyond which is the kitchen/breakfast room fitted with a range of white units with wooden roll edge worktops. The hob and oven are integrated and a butlers sink sits below the window overlooking the garden. On the first floor there are two bedrooms one with enuite bathroom and the other with ensuite shower room. From the landing there is access to the loft for storage. The cottage has the added benefit of a cellar room currently used as an office/games room.

To the rear of the property is a lovely garden mainly laid to lawn with flower and shrub borders and a patio defined by railway sleepers.
