" Hillcrest drive is a road of predominantly bungalows, several have been extended and modernised in various guises, some with loft conversions, some extensions to the rear but all generally offering unique features from that of their neighbours. This is one of the untouched exceptions apart from a few changes to keep it up to date such as replacement double glazing, a double glazed loggia to the rear and the original solid fuel boiler being replaced by a more efficient gas central heating system. The bungalow has a long private driveway and a detached single garage with light and power. There are 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and a generous sized living room with a dual aspect. The garden is neat and level having a western aspect and is enclosed by fencing creating a nice secluded backdrop.

There is plenty of scope to make changes in this bungalow or it can be lived in and enjoyed as it is, I think most people will agree would benefit from a bit of re-decoration and an update in the kitchen but it worked very well for us. If you are more adventurous you might want to look at the extension option, but you would need to confirm all the necessary planning permissions and building regulations with the local authority. Not something that appealed to us, just enjoyable living in a lovely village.
