" Pine Tree Cottage was built in 1994 to an architect's design with light and airy accommodation. The well proportioned rooms include a full length sitting room opening onto the rear garden, which is attractively laid out and easy to maintain. A separate dining room, kitchen, utility area and cloakroom completes the ground floor, whilst on the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside there is rear access with off road parking for two vehicles and adjacent is a small area of woodland which also belongs to the property.

The house is situated within the picturesque village of Thakeham with a public house, historic church and primary school. The larger village of Storrington is about two and a half miles away and provides a good range of shopping facilities (including a Waitrose store) and other general amenities. Billingshurst with a main line station to London/Victoria is approximately six miles and the larger centres of Horsham and Worthing are about twelve and nine miles respectively.

Most sporting and leisure activities will be found in the immediate area, including cricket, football, rugby and tennis. The South Downs also offers excellent countryside for walking and riding.
