" An attractive individual bungalow set in a quiet and private cul de sac location, with attractive south facing garden.

Larger than first appearances suggest, Farringford is a spacious bungalow, with approximately 1,966 sq ft of floorspace (including double garage) and offers particularly well proportioned accommodation throughout. The three receptions rooms are accessed from a wide hallway together with the beautifully refitted kitchen/breakfast room. There are three double bedrooms, one en suite shower room and family bathroom which has recently been refitted. Outside the gardens have been attractively landscaped with lawns enjoying the delightful southerly aspect with patio area and glass veranda off the sitting room.

The village's local parade of shops is about half a mile distant and the picturesque village centre approximately one mile with its 12th Century St Mary's Church. The neighbouring villages of Storrington and Pulborough are about one and a half miles and four miles respectively, each with further local shops and supermarkets, together with health centres and a variety of amenities. Most sporting and leisure activities will be found in the area, including cricket, tennis and golf clubs in the village, with further golf at the nearby West Sussex Golf Club (Pulborough). In Storrington there are squash and tennis clubs as well as the Chantonbury Leisure Centre. The larger towns of Horsham and Worthing are approximately fourteen and ten miles respectively and Gatwick Airport is within a forty five minute drive.
