" Built in the 1950's believed by local builder Carver this is a property extending to over 2,700 sq ft. There have been various additions over the years by each custodian of this property who has made their mark on the home.

On entering the enclosed porchway there is a cloakroom and inner door to the hallway which has original parquet flooring. You are immediately drawn to the views beyond the sitting room which enjoys a double aspect and patio doors leading to the garden. Off the sitting room is the dining room which in turn leads to the kitchen and separate utility. The kitchen is fitted with a range of units, Smeg double oven, Smeg hob and Neff dishwasher, fridge and freezer. From the hallway there is a library or snug sitting room which leads in to the sun room. From the sun room the accommodation could be utilised in the main house or if you so required could be an annexe for a dependent relative, currently laid out as a study, bedroom with en-suite and a further room and conservatory (with hot tub), a kitchen could be made subject to planning.
