" This two double bedroom apartment is nestled in a cul de sac location with excellent access to the Reigate lifestyle that so many crave. Enjoying its own private access as well as having an entry phone system is one of the many assets that the property boasts. Once inside, stairs provide access to the hallway as well as the accommodation. This comprises of an open plan lounge/dining area with a lovely balcony over looking the grounds as well as giving the opportunity for those that are green fingered to have some pots and grow plants etc or enjoy supper on the terrace whilst watching the sun go down over the well landscaped grounds.
