Situated in a quiet location in one of the best roads in Reigate, a character bungalow which was originally the lodge house to the country manor house, which has been extended over the years and now provides 1500 sq ft of accommodation.? It is currently being refurbished and completely redecorated. Being all on one level, this property would be the perfect home for any age group and well-behaved pets (as well as children!) are more than welcome.? It is located in the catchment area for some of the best schools in the area - making it an ideal family home.

There is a large spacious entrance hall with double glazed doors leading to the main reception room which contains a modern kitchen with a good range of units with shaker-style solid oak doors, black quartz effect worktops, one and a half bowl stainless steel sink and stainless steel plinths. The Bosch appliances include a stainless steel double oven, gas hob, extractor fan and integrated fridge / freezer. There is also a brand new integrated dishwasher and a washing machine. All three bedrooms are doubles, with fitted wardrobes to two of the bedrooms. The separate family room could also be used as a fourth bedroom if required. As well as a brand new modern grey-tiled bathroom with wenge built-in units with storage, an Aqualisa power shower and glass screen which is right next to one of the bedrooms, there is also a separate cloakroom which has "Jack and Jill" doors and can be shared between the other two bedrooms.

All the windows and patio doors are double glazed and there is full gas central heating with a modern condensing combi boiler. The garden extends to one-third of an acre and is very private and well-screened from the surrounding properties by a good selection of trees and shrubs. Although large, it is easy to maintain, being laid mostly to lawn.

The property is within easy walking distance of both Reigate train station and the town centre, with a wide range of shops and restaurants. There is also an excellent pub serving food and real ales on Reigate Hill right at the end of the road. Junction 8 of the M25 is a few minutes' drive away. ?
