" This fantastic family home is tucked away in a cul de sac moments from Reigate town centre. As you approach the house there is a large driveway providing ample parking for several cars. The current owners added a porch to the house which is useful for off loading coats and shoes. Once inside the hallway there are doors leading to the lounge, study and downstairs cloakroom. The study is to the front of the house and is ideal for anyone who works from home and wants some peace and quiet! The lounge is a particular feature of the house with 2 sets of double patio doors opening out onto a beautiful view of the garden. From the lounge there are double doors through to the dining room which also has patio doors leading onto the garden. The kitchen has been totally refitted within the last 2 years and offers a fantastic amount of storage with built in appliances. Upstairs there are 4 good size bedrooms, the master bedroom being at the rear of the house and enjoying views over the garden. There is a good size family bathroom and architect drawings available to provide an en-suite to the master bedroom. Outside the rear garden has a southerly aspect and is a great size, the patio terrace provides an excellent space for BBQ’s and parties and the level lawn stretches out beyond with rear gated access to town and Reigate Heath. The house also has a double garage, and subject to the necessary consents there is scope for further extension.

We have lived here for almost 20 years now and it has been a wonderful family home for us. We were first attracted to the house for many reasons but the main 2 were the brilliant location and the size of the garden. The location is really superb as we are in a quiet cul de sac which is walking distance to the town, park and local schools and we have always enjoyed strolling into town for a meal of an evening. The neighbours are a really friendly mix – we have firework parties and bbq’s together and drinks at Christmas time which makes for a great community feel. We hope the next owners will love living in the house with the convenience of having town on the doorstep as much as we have.
