" This charming 2 double bedroom character cottage dates back to late Victorian times, and has been in the same family for almost 70 years. Upon entering there is a small entrance hall which opens up into a lovely cozy lounge with a big bay window and a gas fire. The dining room is at the back of the property and does have fantastic storage under the stairs, this room also has a gas fire and would be ideal for entertaining. The kitchen has tiled splash backs, stainless steel sink, gas cooker and a tall fridge/freezer. The upstairs has 2 good size double bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom to the back bedroom. The property has double glazed windows throughout and gas central heating via radiators. Over the years this quaint little cottage has been really well looked after but would benefit from modernising, as it is a blank canvass and ready for the next buyer to add their stamp to it, there is plenty of potential to go into the loft and create a 3rd bedroom or even create some more off road parking by dropping the kerb (all subject to planning permission of course) Outside there is a private garden that is mainly laid to lawn and has a couple of patio areas which would be perfect for throwing barbeques in the summer months.
