This two double bedroom second floor apartment has so much to offer that you can only appreciate it when you step through the front door. There is a good sized entrance hall with a bright and spacious double aspect lounge/diner perfect for those dinner parties and with southerly views what more could you ask from a room. With a modern kitchen and bathroom with separate WC this apartment has the move in feel, great for those people who don’t want to do work to a property. Situated within a 15-20 minute walk of Reigate town centre and it’s transport links this apartment would be a great purchase for the commuters out there or for those people looking for an investment property. Outside there is ample off road parking and being situated in a cul-de-sac location there is that element of privacy.

Having been here for a few years we are sorry to have to part with our flat but due to a change of circumstances it means that this time has now come for us to do so. What we have most enjoyed about our home is the large rooms which we instantly thought are larger than the average property, the fact that we have no one above us and the southerly aspect of the lounge dining room. We have found we can be in Reigate town centre and the train station within a fifteen to twenty minute walk which has been great for us and getting to work.
