" This property is hidden from view and tucked away on a corner plot on the edge of Juniper Road and Cedar Close. This house is of a good size, for a buyer with imagination this house could be great. With potential to improve on what is already there as well as extension potential, with the relevant planning permission of course! The loft is huge, and well worth poking your head into whilst you are here, there is a pull down ladder for convenience.As you approach the house there is a large secluded front garden, as well as parking to the rear.
There are three reception spaces in this home, a good sized living room with doors opening onto a conservatory , gives the illusion of the outside coming in making the room feel light and spacious. There is also a totally separate dining room. The kitchen area, a good useable space, has built in appliances. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The garden wraps around the house and overall gives it a great feeling of seclusion. Almost every window of the house when you look out you are greeted with green!

We would love to have the time to extend this house, however our situation has changed and now is the time to sell. The garden is great with a family, as there are many different parts, meaning areas for adults and children to enjoy. The location has been great, as you can see from the brochure we are close to many great local schools. We have a choice of three good train stations, Reigate, Redhill and Earlswood, so when we do head into London or Gatwick, it's a piece of cake!
