" Bramblecot, is a lovely family home that has been the subject of a total renovation and is beautifully presented throughout. It has been designed with modern family living in mind. The house was featured in national press for the quality of the renovation and innovative approach to design. From the entrance hall a door leads to the sitting room with bay window to the front. This leads to the comptemporary kitchen, fitted in a high gloss finish, quartz stone worktops and integrated high quality appliances. Open to the kitchen is the large family dining room and another reception room, leading straight out to the garden through double french doors. There is a study/fourth bedroom overlooking the garden. Through a door from the family room area there is an internal hall leading to an immaculate bathroom finished in Italian tiles, and a very useful utility room/coat room.
