" A well presented semi detached property, situated in a popular road within an easy walking distance of Reigate town centre & the stunning Priory Park whilst being in close proximity to local schools. The property has been recently refurbished to create wonderful, contemporary accommodation with a fantastic kitchen/dining room with bi folding doors to the rear garden.

A part glazed front door to the entrance hall which has understairs storage cupboards and a slate tiled floor.

The sitting room has a large window to the front elevation with a contemporary fireplace. The family room is open plan with the sitting room and has a recessed alcove with display lighting and shelving.
