" This beautiful detached Victorian property is set in a stunning location overlooking the green at Furzefield Crescent and is a real family home. As you enter the property the living room is off to your left hand side, there is a wealth of character with stripped floor boards, high ceilings and a sash bay window. To the rear of the house is a delightful family room which is open plan to the extended dining room. The dining room is a fantastic addition to the house and runs almost the full width of the property with French doors leading out onto the rear garden and a charming stable door to the side. The kitchen is fitted to a high standard and is interconnecting with both the family room and the dining room. There is also a shower room on the ground floor. To the first floor there are three double bedrooms, a single bedroom and the family bathroom. The master suite is located on the second floor and comprises of a good size double bedroom with a velux window to the side, walk in dressing room and an en-suite shower room. There is a large cellar, which is where the current owners keep their washing machine and tumble dryer. The rear garden is enclosed to all sides and laid mainly to lawn with a patio area. There is pedestrian access to the side of the house.

What the Owner says:

We have lived in the house for nearly 10 years now and it has been a fantastic family home. Since moving here the road has become even more family orientated and is a really friendly community and our children will often play out on the green with the other children as it is a nice quiet and safe area for them. We were drawn to the character of the house and all the features the property offers. For us the addition of the dining room to the ground floor and the master suite to the top floor has been brilliant and made the house into the perfect size family home. The local schools are great and we have been able to get our children into the Parish, the Priory and now Reigate school.
