The property further benefits from a driveway and garage as well as having a garden which wraps around all sides of the house.It is situated in one of Reigate’s most popular locations with far reaching views over North Downs from every rear aspect window. Belmont Road is well known for its community feel and there is a residents association which arranges various gatherings. An internal viewing is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

Belmont Road has been a fantastic family home for us. There is a residents association for the road and we have the most wonderful get togethers, bbq's in the summer and Christmas parties in winter and it is such a family friendly road to live in. We found the open plan flow of the house has worked brilliantly for us as a family and the way the garden wraps around the house is great for the kids and makes a good cycle track! Because we have an elevated position on Belmont Road, our views to the hills in the distance are fabulous and always changing with the seasons. We are in the catchment for both Reigate Priory & The Parish which for us was an important factor when choosing where to buy.
