" ACCOMMODATION Built in 1881 this handsome extended property is situated in a popular position close to Lesbourne village. Retaining some lovely period features the property opens to a light entrance hall. With feature bay windows at the front and rear, the ground floor includes a lounge with views over the garden, dining room with feature fireplace and a kitchen that opens onto a fantastic conservatory with both power and heating. Stairs lead down from the hall to a useful basement, previously used as a playroom. There is access through into the integral garage and there is a well sized laundryutility room also to this floor. The first floor provides three double bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with stunning freestanding slipper bath.

Also attached direct with access via the ground floor hallway is a substantial one bedroom split level annexe. This includes a large loungediner with kitchen, whilst upstairs is a large double bedroom and en suite bathroom.
