" ACCOMMODATION Extended by the current owners and occupying a generous corner plot is this substantial family home. With spacious accommodation throughout the property is well balanced and arranged over two floors. The ground floor includes a front to back dual aspect lounge with access through into a highly useful study, whilst cross the hall is a superb kitchen/dining room with underfloor heating, bi-fold doors to the garden and a stylish, contemporary kitchen with attractive units and a lovely central island. Set of the kitchen is the utility room as well as access through into a good size single garage with vaulted ceiling and velux window. This floor also includes a W/C and coats cupboard. The first floor comprises four double bedrooms. The master bedroom is a particular feature and includes dressing room and a lovely en suite shower room with double size walk in shower.
