" A charming former miller's house dating from 1826 which has been renovated to the highest standard by the current owners. The property offers light and airy accommodation, most rooms enjoying dual aspects. There is a reception hall with multi fuel burning stove and some original panelling. Double doors open into the sitting room with vaulted ceiling and doors leading the gardens. The family room has a fireplace and the study is a good size with lovely views across the garden. The kitchen is comprehensively fitted with walnut work surfaces and is open to the breakfast room which has doors leading to the garden. There is a separate utility room and cloakroom. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, one with ensuite, and another with a south facing balcony with a great view across Wray Common. The family bathroom has a walk in shower. The rear garden is a particular feature of the property, enjoying a good degree of privacy. There are well stocked shrub borders and shaped lawns with a shingled parking area, a double detached garage, that has light and power and a further brick and tile outbuilding.
