" Slaugham Manor is approached across a long driveway leading the front of the building. Double doors with entry system leads to a magnificent communal hallway and staircase leading to the first floor and in turn to this beautifully appointed and well-presented apartment affording modern convenience of a contemporary home within this fabulous Jacobean-style mansion.

The entrance hall with cloakroom leads to the spacious kitchen dining area which is open to the spacious living area with window overlooking the communal gardens. There are two good sized bedrooms both with ensuite shower rooms, the main bedroom having built in wardrobes.

Slaugham Manor was originally built in 1901 in a Jacobean-revival style by the Arts and Crafts architect Walter Ernest Tower with features including distinctive battlement rainwater hoppers to the striking Elizabethan style chimney stacks and imposing stone lions which keep watch over the front entrance. There are areas of communal gardens and parking with visitors parking.

Situation
The property is situated at the end of a long driveway in the picturesque and much sought after village of Slaugham with its period and character homes, and Parish Church. The major commercial centres of Horsham and Haywards Heath are about 7 miles to the east and west both of which offer an excellent range of shopping facilities, schools and main line railway stations. The nearest local shops can be found at Handcross which is about 1.5 miles to the north and the M23 provides excellent communication to Gatwick Airport, the M25 and the national motorway network.
