" Attractive bay fronted Victorian 2 bedroom semi detached cottage situated at the end of this quiet no through road within easy walking distance of the local shops and requiring some updating. The property is well built of substantial construction with gas fired central heating system to radiators and modern uPVC double glazed windows throughout. An extension was added some years ago to extend the size of the kitchen on the ground floor and create a new bathroom and WC. The roof has been replaced with an interlocking tile and the wiring system enjoys modern switching and fuseboard. The property is considered ideal for further enhancement perhaps by creating a further bedroom and bathroom in the loft, further extention to the rear and creating private off road parking to the front all subject to any required consents. The rear garden faces south west and has been under cultivation for most of the last fifty odd years but again has great potential to lawn and patio where required. There is a good sized garden shed and outside water tap. The main reception rooms have fitted gas fires to fireplaces one holding a back boiler providing domestic hot water and central heating. The sitting room has an attractive bay window overlooking a pleasant open frontage. In recent years the bath and shower santitory ware have been updated.
