" A four bedroom semi-detached Georgian style house with a 30ft x 30ft south/east facing rear garden situated in a cul-de-sac off this desirable road on the west side of town within a short walk of the station, excellent schools and woodland. The well presented accommodation on the ground floor is arranged around a spacious entrance hall and comprises; a cloakroom, a sitting room with bow window, Adam style fireplace and open archway into a separate dining room which in turn has double doors leading out to a full width uPVC double glazed conservatory. The kitchen was re-fitted in approximately 2004 by Charlwood Designs with a range of cream coloured Shaker style units and further benefiting from several integrated appliances which includes a double oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven.
