" An attractive chalet style detached house built in 1962 and being marketed for the first time since new offering flexible living accommodation and being approached by a long drive to a small close of just four properties.

A u'PVC double glazed door to entrance hall with stairs to first floor, understairs cupboard. The good size lounge/dining room has two u'PVC double glazed windows to rear and glazed door to garden, electric coal effect fire. The dining room/bedroom 3 is double aspect with u'PVC double glazed window to front and side and one wood panelled wall. The kitchen has wood effect vinyl flooring, larder cupboard. 'Bosch' washing machine, 'New World' cooker, 'Potterton Kingfisher' gas fired boiler, u'PVC double glazed window to front and door to u'PVC conservatory/sun room with polycarbonate roof and doors to rear garden. The ground floor bathroom has panelled bath, wash hand basin and airing cupboard and there is a separate w.c. On the first floor landing there is a u'PVC double glazed window and hatch to insulated roof space, both bedrooms have u'PVC double glazed windows and eave storage space and the bathroom/w.c. has panelled bath, low level w.c. and wash hand basin with cupboard under. This was originally bedroom 3 and could easily be reverted back.

There are two mainline stations Wivelsfield and Burgess Hill both with an excellent service to London (Victoria 55 mins) and Brighton (20 mins).
