A 3 bedroom mid terrace house situated in a terrace of only 3 within this established residential road on the western side of town.

The accommodation includes an enclosed porch, an entrance hall with stairs to the first floor with deep cupboard beneath and a cloakroom. The refurbished kitchen (March 2016) faces the front with integrated cooking appliances and the lounge/dining room has a window and glazed door to the rear garden.
