A fabulous 2 double bedroom detached bungalow situated in an enviable position presented in excellent order with a large beautifully landscaped rear garden with far reaching views to the South Downs from the front and rear garden. The property was built in 1966 and the current owners have been in residence since 1989, having extended the bungalow to the front and rear in 1993. Open fields are situated opposite and the town centre and mainline railway station are both within a 10/15 minute walk.
