13 The Willows forms part of the highly sought after Penfold Grange development renowned for its pleasing mix of house styles and elevational treatments and comprises an elegant Georgian style house which was built by Bryant Homes to their 'Lickfold' design approximately 7 years ago. The property enjoys a pleasant location at the end of a small cul de sac with a secluded aspect to the front and affords impressive family sized accommodation. The ground floor accommodation includes a square shaped lounge with an attractive fireplace feature and double glazed doors with side windows providing plenty of natural light and opening to the rear garden. Also situated on the ground floor is a good sized study and the kitchen/family room has been formed out of the original dining room

DIRECTIONS
From our Billingshurst office proceed south down the High Street and straight over the next two mini roundabouts. Having reached the traffic lights turn right into Luxford Way and then take the next turning left into Berrall Way. The Willows is the first turning on the left and number 13 will be found at the far end of the cul de sac on the left hand side.
